The film was scored by Henry Jackman, with extra music by Christopher Willis with Robert Lopez and his wife Kristen Anderson-Lopez contributing seven new songs for the movie. Zooey Deschanel performed a model new version of the Sherman Brothers' "Winnie the Pooh" theme. In the Latin American version of the film, the track is sung by Danna Paola.
Beautiful graphics and pleasant narration set the stage for this journey during which youngsters play six video games to help Pooh put together for Eeyore's get together. The actions are properly built-in into the storyline. Rabbit, for example, can't come to the celebration unless all of his vegetable jars are labeled. Kids help him by matching number labels to the variety of objects in every jar.
